Keanu Organics is a general partnership based in Missouri, USA. We sell apparel and lifestyle goods online and at pop-up events. Products are produced via third-party print-on-demand fulfillment unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colors, designs, and details accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and the print-on-demand production process. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice. Our designs are original artwork inspired by psychedelic and nature-based themes (mushrooms, fungi, cosmic imagery, etc.). These designs are decorative and artistic in nature. Keanu Organics does not sell, promote, or endorse the use of any controlled or illegal substances, and nothing on this Site should be construed as such.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or issues with payment.Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processors at the time of purchase.
5. Production & Shipping
Most products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because items are printed after you order, please allow additional processing time before shipment (typical production times will be listed on individual product pages or at checkout).Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Keanu Organics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Because most items are custom-printed to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse (wrong size, changed mind, etc.). If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us at info@keanuorganics.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, logos, text, and content on this Site are the property of Keanu Organics and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission. "Keanu Organics," our logo, and our product designs are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
