Our Story

Keanu Organics started in a garden, not a boardroom.

What began as a family’s simple practice of growing things became a deeper habit of organic living — hands in the soil, attention on what actually takes root. That same care moved into the work we already knew how to do. Photography and design taught us to look once, then look again. Every frame considered. Nothing rushed. That eye is now on the clothes.

This is a small apparel line built the way the garden was built: original art, printed on organic cotton or recycled materials when you order it, nothing waiting on a shelf to be forgotten.

Meet Keanu

At the heart of it is Keanu, our tuxedo cat guardian...

One night a meow came from the engine bay of Jeff’s Prius. Inside was a kitten small enough to hold in one hand. That was Keanu.

Our queen, Puddy Tat, looked him over and accepted him. After that, he was family. Morning and midnight they ran garden patrol — anise hyssop, blackberry, the usual routes. Woe to many a mouse.

When Puddy passed, Keanu took the watch. Tippy spent a season with us too. You’ll still find all of them, in one form or another, in the work.

He isn’t a mascot we invented for a logo. It’s the other way around. He keeps sending us back to the garden — present, grounded, a little strange. Quietly watching from the hyssop or under the blackberries.

That’s Keanu in his shades. Around him is an enso, a circle drawn in one breath. No do-overs, no fixing it after. To us it’s perfect because it’s creation in its rawest form, flow state on paper. And it’s left open, because there’s always room in the circle. Come on in. We are one.

Living with PTSD and depression, we found real grounding in psychedelics as part of our healing journey. That's why Keanu's Garden is built the way it is. Foundations are important, A lot of Patience, A little Strange, Rooted in the dark before anything blooms. The clothes came after the practice, not the other way around.

The Philosophy

Groundwork, breathwork, meditation, and community are woven into what you wear. Each Piece is meant to carry a little piece of that vibe with it. Getting dressed can be part of the same work as putting your feet in the soil and dropping your shoulders. A quiet way back to Keanu's psychedelic garden, wherever you happen to be wearing it.

Every design is created by us. Printed for you. Never off a shelf. That means less waste sitting in a warehouse. It also means the thing on your back was made because you asked for it — not because we guessed a size run six months ago and hoped it would move.
