Welcome to the garden. Everything here is made when you order it, so a few things work differently than at a big-box store. Here are honest answers to the questions we hear most.

Quick answers

  • Delivery time (U.S.): usually about 1–2 weeks from the day you order
  • Free shipping: on U.S. orders of $50 or more
  • Returns: we fix damage, defects, misprints and lost packages within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns aren’t available.
  • Sizing: check the size chart on each product page before you order
  • Materials: organic cotton (and recycled blends) wherever the blank supports it

Orders & Shipping

Most U.S. orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks from the day you order. Your piece is printed just for you, which usually takes about 2–5 business days. Shipping then takes about 3–7 business days. These are honest estimates, not promises. Busy seasons and carriers can add a few days.

We don’t keep a warehouse of pre-printed shirts. Each item is printed when you check out, through our print partner Printful. The wait is part of why there’s less waste. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting to be forgotten.

  • Free on U.S. orders of $50+
  • Standard: about $5.99 for lighter orders and about $11.50 for heavier ones
  • Express: about $14.99 for lighter orders and about $24.50 for heavier ones. Express is available even when you qualify for free shipping.

Exact rates show at checkout after you enter your full address.

It’s an optional add-on of about $0.50 that puts a little toward offsetting the carbon from your shipment. It’s entirely your choice. (To be clear, it doesn’t mean Keanu Organics itself is carbon-neutral.)

We’ll send tracking by email once your order ships. If tracking looks stuck or strange, email us and we’ll look into it.

Yes, up until your item goes into production. Email info@keanuorganics.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once printing has started, we can’t cancel or change the order.

Email us right away. If the order hasn’t gone into production, we can fix it. If it has already shipped, we can often help arrange a reship, but extra shipping charges may apply.

Clothing and hard goods (like mugs and bottles) are sometimes made in different places, so they may ship separately. Nothing is missing. The rest is on its way.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and more. You’ll see all available options at checkout.

International Orders

Yes. We ship to most countries Printful delivers to, including Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia & New Zealand and Japan. A few restricted countries are excluded.

International shipping is a flat rate by region. You’ll see your exact price at checkout. Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only.

It’s usually about 5–20 business days after your item is printed, depending on where you are.

Possibly. Your country may charge duties or VAT on delivery. Those fees are paid by the buyer and aren’t included in our prices.

Most can. Pillows, sherpa blankets, and CamelBak flip-straw bottles ship only to the U.S., Canada, the UK, Europe and Japan. For now, they can’t ship to Australia, New Zealand or other regions.

Returns, Refunds & Problems

Unfortunately, no. Each piece is printed just for you, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference. Please check the size chart before ordering. We’re happy to help you choose.

We’ll make it right. Within 30 days of delivery, email info@keanuorganics.com with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the problem (and the packaging, if it’s damaged)

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. In most cases you won’t need to send anything back. See our full Refunds & Returns policy.

If tracking has stalled past the expected delivery window, email us within 30 days and we’ll sort it out.

Sizing & Care

Every product page has a size chart and fit notes. Fit varies by style (tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, kids), and some of our organic blanks use European sizing that runs a little small. If you’re between sizes, follow the notes for that item. Still unsure? Email us before you order and we’ll help.

Wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. This keeps the print bright and the organic cotton soft. Check each product page for care details specific to that item.

Materials & Certifications

Many of our pieces are printed on organic cotton blanks, including Stanley/Stella and other certified brands. Each product page lists exactly what its fabric is made of.

They’re certifications for organic cotton. On products that use certified blanks, the fabric carries GOTS and/or OCS certification. Some hoodies and sweatshirts use a blend of organic cotton and recycled polyester. The recycled part is certified under GRS. More in The Recycled Thread in Our Hoodies.

Where our print partner lists a blank as PETA-Approved Vegan, we mark that piece as vegan. (Mugs and non-clothing items don’t carry a vegan label.)

We want to be clear about this one. Keanu Organics itself is not GOTS-certified, Fair Trade certified, or a B Corp. The certifications belong to the fabrics we print on, and we only share what’s documented. No inflated claims, no invented impact meters.

Keanu is our tuxedo cat. He was found as a tiny kitten in the engine of a Prius, and he’s watched over the garden ever since. He isn’t a logo we invented. He’s the reason the brand exists. Read the full story.
